This delightful country finca was built in the 1700’s and renovated in recent years in a very respectful way. The property has a lot of history in another sense as well – it is where Howard Sackler wrote the initial screenplay to Jaws, which later became Spielberg’s classic. The three-metre deep salt water swimming pool is evidence of the writer’s love of the sea.
The finca is something very special. Its high ceilings, fragrant sabina wood beams and thick stone walls create a sensation of security and spaciousness. There are a great many places to relax and entertain, a large rustic garden with fruit orchards and a paddle tennis court. The well-maintained traditional features pay tribute in every way to the luxuriant Ibizan construction that is now centuries old.
