Villa Pepe: is a big modern villa,with several terraces where you can enjoy  and a breathtaking view.

Location: This modern villa is located in Cala Vadella on 20 minutes drive from Ibiza Town and 5 minutes from San Josep. The beach is on 500 meter with here restaurant and supermarket. The beaches such as Cala Tarida, Cala d’Hort, and Es Cubells, The villa is situated in a quiet area and has got seaview.

Interior: The villa has got 3 levels. On the higher levels are the bedrooms. the first bedroom has got a double bed and shares a balcony with another bedroom wich got 2 single beds. The last ‘ master’ bedroom has got his own bathroom with Jacuzzi and a double bed. All rooms has got sea view and airconditioning.

The big  salon has got a lot of light and entry to the terrace with infinity pool. The kitchen is fully equipped: coffee machine( Nespesso), oven, microwave, 2 fridgerator and freezer, and a large table for wining and dining. From the kitchen you can enter to a covered terrace where you can enjoy sunsets or dinners. Also entrance to the pool downstairs.

The terraces are coverad as uncovered and has got plenty of lounge beds and tables, perfect for wining and dining and ofcourse the famous sunsets.
